How do I see - you do not know how to read. Or just not even trying to read user complaints.
I ALREADY HAVE contacted with "Buka"! There - are sent back to you. They say that is not responsible for the game "Left 4 Dead"! And - they're right. In the Russia the game distributed by company named "Akella"
One problem - their tech support is simply not answer a single query.
I do not understand one thing - why all this garbage, I have to explain to you?
However ... Maybe I'm not correct in relation to your company? Apparently, your technical support team performs an important social role, taking on the job "alternatively gifted" people? And now I am corresponding with one of those people?
If this true - i have to bring my deepest apologies. I understand that by virtue of your congenital restrictions - you cant be able to read ALL my appeal and finally resolve my problem on their own.
In this case, I beg you to convey my case - a man wich have more able to solve it. As a consumer - I have the right to receive goods and services for which i paid their money, in full, regardless of the degree of mental restrictions of some members of your technical support service.
Oh, and, one more thought - my name is EUGENE! Not "Elyssov"
